Welcome to my site. I custom design and machine
unique parts for Harley's and Sportbikes, as well as, cars, boats, etc.
I started out in the Automotive Tooling industry doing CNC
Programming/Machining & CMM Inspection. Then I opened my own
machine shop building Checking Fixtures and Gages. A couple of years
ago things slowed down in this business, so instead of loosing all of
my equipment to the bank, I shifted my talents to making custom parts
for people.
The derby cover
to the right is a standard derby cover for most 80inch V-twins
1970'ish to 1998. I can also do the 5 hole pattern for 1999 and newer
bikes. I have made some for a couple of the local M/C Clubs here and
machined their colors right into them.
I digitized the exact hole pattern from an actual cover. Then with
those basic dimensions, I went to work in my computer to create a 3d
model of the cover to machine it from solid billet.
I can also reverse engineer many hard to find parts. Perhaps you
have a cracked piece that's no longer made, I might be able to recreate
it better than new.
WE NOW HAVE SPINNING RIMS..... I have prototyped our first
motorcycle aftermarket spinning rim addons for SPORTBIKES. Hayabusa, R1, & GSXR.
Spinners for both front and rear wheels. These add-on Detroit Spinners
attach directly to your stock rims. Contact me for pricing and
