We digitized this fender and brought the exact dimensions
into our CAD system. I had the bike builder sketch his idea of the bracket design right on the fender with a dry erase marker
(comes right off) and from that outline I was able to complete the design in the computer.
Then we took solid 6061-T6 aluminum and went to work machining
on our CNC to create an awesome and unique set of brackets.

a one of a kind. To start, I just need a rough sketch and some basic dimensions. Your imagination is our only limitation.
