I used my Mora CMM & digitized the contour of the fender and imported the exact measurements into our CAD system. I then had the bike builder sketch an outline of how he wanted the bracket designed right on the fender with a dry erase marker (comes right off) and from that outline I was able to complete the 3d design in the computer. I cut him a foam model of the bracket to check the fit of the bracket to the front end and comfirm the styling was to his liking.
We then machined the brackets from 6061-T6 Billet Aluminum, then polished and chromed them to create an awesome set of brackets custom fit to a Spike front end. If you are building a custom bike, I can help you make it truly a one of a kind. I can virtually machine most any part to your custom specifications. To start, I just need a rough sketch and some basic dimensions. Your imagination is our only limitation. Get a set of these brackets for $450.00
